Adult Fitness classes include Zumba, Aerobics, and Pilates. We plan to have at least 2 classes each night on Mon, Tues, and Thursday.
Dance classes include creative movement, beginner ballet, intermediate ballet, and Jazz.
Creative Movement: Ages 3-4. Students are taught the very basics of ballet as far as vocabulary, working with their feet and making movements with their arms. Mon. 5pm or Tues. 6pm
Required Attire: Light pink tights, leotard, pink ballet shoes (full or split soles).
Beginner Ballet: Ages 5-12. Students work on their musicality, the French vocabulary, terminology, and stretching. Students are taught basic barre and center combinations. Mon. 6:30pm or Thurs. 5:30pm
Required Attire: Light Pink tights, leotard, Pink ballet shoes split soles.
Intermediate Ballet: Ages 5-12. For students who already have a background and knowledge of ballet and want to better their technique. Mon.5:30pm or Tues. 6:30pm
Required Attire: Light pink tights, leotard, pink ballet shoes split soles.
Jazz: Ages 5-12. Students will work on stretching, coordinating their isolations, turns, and leaps that are taken from the basis of ballet. They will also work on across the floor movements and jazz footwork.
Beg. Tues. 5:00pm Int. Thurs. 6:30pm
Required Attire: Jazz crop or full length pants, leotard, black tie jazz shoes or boot shoes.

CLASSES
Pre School Gymnastics: Girls and boys ages 3-4 develop balance, hand-eye coordination, and the fundamental skills needed for our Beginner Gymnastics & Cheer classes.
Beginner Gymnastics & Cheer: Girls ages 5-12 focus on beginner tumbling and cheer skills such as cartwheels, round offs, handstands, and jumps. Once students have displayed proficiency in these skills, they are eligible to move up to our Intermediate Gymnastics & Cheer classes.
Intermediate Gymnastics & Cheer: Girls ages 5-12 with 2 years experience work on lead up skills needed for the Advanced Gymnastics & Cheer classes. Round offs, back walkovers, front walkovers, back handspring drills, cheer jumps, and stunts are further developed.
Advanced Gymnastics & Cheer: Girls ages 5-12 master their tumbling and cheer skills which include back handsprings, back tucks, lay-outs, front tumbling, cheer jump combinations, stunts and more.
Cheer Tumble: Middle school and high school girls develop tumbling skills needed for school cheer squads. Girls are taught round-offs, back handsprings, back tucks, lay-outs, jumps, and more.

Cheer Tumble Clinics: Clinics are usually held just before middle & high school cheerleading tryouts and are open to A+ and non-A+ students. Emphasis is on getting ready for tryouts by working on tumbling, jumps, voice projection, and sharp motions.
Day Camps: Camps are held during school holidays and breaks. They can run for half a day or a full day. This is a great time for students to get individual help.
Adult Yoga & Fitness Classes: Yoga classes are offered mornings and nights. Evening fitness class times coincide with student night classes.
